We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. 2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER: GSMGROWTHAGENCY.COM can not and does not make any guarantees about our ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

This policies and procedures applies to all GSMGROWTHAGENCY.COM products sold on this site or any other site owned by GSMGROWTHAGENCY.COM that includes a link to this page.3.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS Returns and Cancellations. We do offer refunds on any of our programs, under specific
circumstances, depending on the program. Within the first 7 days after starting, the client can cancel his subscription under the requirement that no work has been done by GSMGROWTHAGENCY — for any product. Only then, a full refund can be done. Payment and processing fees are excluded. If packages including a creation process (e.g. store creation) have been purchased, and the creation process already started, only a partial refund can be given. If the creation process has to be done by the client, GSMGROWTHAGENCY reserves the right to cancel the subscription with a partial refund if the client does not finish the creation process within 10 days after the meeting with the assigned ad buyer.
All packages offer the testing of up to 6 products per month. This means if the store creation took 10 days, only 4 products will be tested until the renewal of the subscription comes up. Remaining products will not be tested by GSMGROWTHAGENCY beyond a canceled subscription, nor do they mean that a monthly subscription will guarantee the test of 6 products. Marketing platforms like Facebook can potentially and temporarily deactivate an ad account. This is out of GSMGROWTHAGENCY power and will not be covered in terms of testing products, nor the subscription itself.
3.1 Subscriptions and Digital Products
Your GSM Growth Agency. (“GSM Growth Agency”) membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the GSM Growth Agency (“GSM Growth Agency”) service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method. If you cancel after the re-bill or cancel early where there is a refund then there will be a $100 refund fee. Including any other commissions paid and other fees that might have incurred.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
3.2 Terms of Subscription Renewal
We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at info@gsmgrowthagency.com
Monthly GSM Growth Agency. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that gsmgrowthagency.com may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You agree that gsmgrowthagency.com, including but not limited to gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by gsmgrowthagency.com and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from gsmgrowthagency.com. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the gsmgrowthagency.com brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity. Not with standing any other provision of this Agreement, gsmgrowthagency.com and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any gsmgrowthagency.com products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the gsmgrowthagency.com brand at any time without notice. In no event will gsmgrowthagency.com be liable for making these changes. gsmgrowthagency.com may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of gsmgrowthagency.com services, in any case and without notice or liability.
6. During the enrollment of the platinum package (originally, Full Service) GSMGROWTHAGENCY takes care of the clients business at every scale. No matter if the client (store) just started or is running volume, employees of GSMGROWTHAGENCY fulfill the role of creating the store, running ads, do order fulfillment and customer service related tasks. During the testing phase, workload for order fulfillment and customer service, potentially, can be lower.
7. By submitting a testimonial («review») about our company or services, the client agrees that the content can be used for marketing purposes by GSM Growth Agency. This applies after termination of the client as well. All copyrights in and to gsmgrowthagency.com (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by gsmgrowthagency.com and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF gsmgrowthagency.com, EXCEPT FOR USE OF gsmgrowthagency.com AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. gsmgrowthagency.com, the gsmgrowthagency.com logo, other gsmgrowthagency.com trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with gsmgrowthagency.com are trademarks or registered trademarks of gsmgrowthagency.com in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with gsmgrowthagency.com Products and Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
8. Success not Guaranteed
By entering into this Agreement, YOU agree and understand that «GSM Growth Agency» is only granting YOU access to the Program, which attempts to teach YOU media buying and marketing techniques intended to help YOU grow YOUR business through more effective advertising and marketing practices, and provide all the commitments which are mentioned in package you have paid. “GSM Growth Agency” guarantees no specific results. YOU take full responsibility for YOUR own success. YOU acknowledge that everyone’s success is different and depends on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, YOUR own drive, dedication, and motivation. Any examples of income, marketing performance, or testimonials are not meant as a promise or guarantee of YOUR own earnings or success, and YOU should not rely upon them in any manner whatsoever. Please be aware that YOU may experience loss of income by using the Program. In other words,YOU are completely and totally responsible for YOUR own success, and there is a risk YOU may lose money.
9. No Refunds.
«GSM Growth Agency» abides by a strict no-refund policy. By entering into our agency, YOU agree and understand that you are permanently waiving the right to seek or claim any refund of the Program Fee. YOU further acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree that, by entering into «GSM Growth Agency», YOU are taking full responsibility for YOUR own success and therefore YOU will not request a refund.
10. Declined Must
Declined is eligible for full refund if there was no sale during first 14 days. Client cannot request for full refund if during first 14 days Facebook system disabled his advertising account or business manager. GSM Growth Agency provides you all the information and solutions possible to overcome this problem , but GSM Growth Agency cannot affect on Facebook actions and disabled accounts.
